Metin2 Maintenance Notes (2008-12-31)
On Friday December, 19 2008 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST, the Metin2 website and in-game item mall will be down for maintenance while they are moved to the SUBA Games portal (www.subagames.com). During this time, players will still be able to play Metin2, though they may experience minimal downtime.
Following the move:
-A small amount of Metin2 users may experience trouble when trying to log into the game. These players will receive a new temporary Login ID that will be provided by the SUBA Games portal. This Login ID will be your regular Login ID but with the prefix \g4mt\. For example, if your Login ID is "hello", your new Login ID will be "g4mthello". Those users will be able to change their Login IDs following Metin2\s move to the SUBA Games portal.
Those users, within 1-2 weeks will be able to change their Login IDs following Metin2\s completed move to the SUBA Games portal. We will be updating users of when the feature will be available to change the logins.
- All Metin2 users will receive a new temporary forum name in the form of a five or six digit number. Metin2 users can create their own forum name following Metin2\s move to the SUBA Games portal.
- Metin2 users may experience problems logging in for 48 hours following the move as Metin2 accounts are moved to the SUBA Games portal.

New MODs for server NEW WORLD (2008-11-11)
We would like to thank all the indiviuals who have tried out for the position of MOD. Considering this is the first MODs election for the new server, we weighed the input from our GM team more heavily than the results from our forum poll.
